10 Anti-Wrinkle Skin Care Tips

Our skin is the delicate part of the body that needs to be nurtured and protected. It can be an important asset that will give us extra confidence and self-esteem. It can also be a big threat that would ruin your day.

  2. Hydrate your skin by drinking about 8 glasses of water a day, and have enough sleep for at least 8 hours.
  3. Eat foods that are rich in Omega 3.
  4. Check with your doctor about taking supplements—your diet may be lacking some of the important ones.
  5. Facial scrubs remove the buildup of dead cells that can increase the appearance of wrinkles. Apply once per week.
  6. Jojoba oil resembles the skins natural oils. Dab this around the eyes to keep wrinkles at bay.
  7. Take vitamin C supplements and use products that contain vitamin C, they will help boost your collagen. Use vitamin E as well to nurture your skin.
  8. Honey is world renowned for its anti-aging benefits. Use a honey mask weekly. Simply apply the honey to your face and neck, leave for 30 minutes, and then rinse off. This mask will “feed” your skin with nutrients.
  9. Aloe Vera and Avocado oil both have the ability to prevent the skin from drying out; they are both used to improve the skin’s elasticity.
